I work in UX and evaluative research to give voice to users’ and participants’ needs, wants, and experience.

With degrees in Clinical Psychology and Organizational Behavior, and 6+ years organizational consulting experience, I bring rigorous research methods, empathy, curiosity, and a love of learning to all my projects.

Some tools I use: persona development, prototyping, in-depth interviewing, logic maps, survey development, case studies, and workshop facilitation.
